This magnificent loft apartment is housed in a building that was built in the 1880s and housed offices for decades. The decision to renovate was made by two architects. They designed a project to give the building a new purpose, as well as a new face. The chic apartment has been completely transformed and now has light-flooded rooms and is furnished with contemporary furniture.
Chic decor of the loft apartment
During the renovation work, a modern and functional living design was achieved. Although the traces of the old architecture were barely visible, the designers tried to preserve the beautiful retro atmosphere.
Spacious hallway and lots of light
The designers used spaciousness, lots of light and white walls for a great ambience. The traditional materials such as wood, stone and a masterful execution provide old-fashioned cosiness. The wood in particular serves as a decorative element without being overly overloading.
Comfort and functionality
Retro chairs and wall mirrors with wooden frames allow a dialogue between the eras
The white painted walls and the parquet floor with underfloor heating can be skilfully combined with the comfortable and artfully crafted furniture and decorative items. The different bedsteads look practical and comfortable. The wooden wall is cozy and varied.
Deep windows provide plenty of light in the bedroom
The wonderful furniture, the LED lighting fixtures, the textiles and decorative items are complemented by an impressive contemporary art collection for a Bohemian touch.
Spaciousness and natural materials
The valiant use of marble in the bathroom gives the interior its own character. The simple shapes of the washbasin and the bathroom cabinet are particularly trendy.
Unique design with marble and wood
The high-gloss worktops in white look clean and hygienic. The murals bring color and mood into the design. The use of quality materials in this cozy and playful apartment creates a modern atmosphere and a sophisticated lifestyle.
