BarreAmped Transformation Challenge! #shaketochange

Today marks the beginning of my participation in the BarreAmped Transformation Challenge! I'm beyond excited and cannot wait to share my progress with you throughout these 12 weeks. Frankly, having you all there keeps me accountable! 

What better way to start the challenge than to show some "before pictures."Measurements will be taken every four weeks in this challenge but I'll be posting on my thoughts, struggles and recipes every other Monday. Have you ever participated in a fitness challenge such as this?  Do you have any advice for me? 


Stats:

Arms: 12"

Waist: 30"

Abs: 31.25"

Hips: 40"

Thighs: 24.5"


Meal Plan: Think clean eating meets paleo! Only grass-fed meats, lots of fruits and vegetables. No vegetable oils, white flour, refined sugar, imitation sweetener, and sugar products. The goal is fresh food, nutrient dense food and keeping the glycemic index low. 

My Goals: Over these next 12 weeks I hope to drop at least a few inches from my waist, hips and thighs. I've got a slight pudge around the middle that I would love to have disappear! Also, I'd love to feel strong and have more muscle definition!

Workouts: I am signed up for BarreAmped Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday of this week.

  7. good luck lady! I am doing a 30 day yoga challenge - trying to make it to 30 classes, although my schedule may not allow - but no meal planning. But whenever I work out consistently it makes it easier to eat healthier.

  9. I have never taken a Fitness Barre class but I used to be a dancer so I obviously should try it sometime. This sounds like an awesome challenge! Look forward to seeing your progress! You go girl :)
