Walking to Workout

Today was a gorgeous day in Nashville. AND it is projected to maintain the "niceness" through the weekend! The sun was shining and birds were chirping! All signs point to springtime. It was so nice that I was able to walk to my fitness class at BarreAmped. That was a mile each way then the burn of the class itself! That is about 600+ calories total just today. After the number of Easter candy wrappers left behind as evidence, I really needed that fitness kick. I should have taken a photo of the carnage but I was too ashamed. 

As I was walking, I started to think about what the effect of walking to my class would have on my weight loss goals. I have no excuse especially now that the weather has improved!
